Post Scheduler

Terms of Service

Effective 12 October 2026

These terms cover use of Post Scheduler ("the app"), a private publishing tool operated by Josef Samsel in Sweden.

1. What the app is

The app publishes videos and captions to YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and reads performance statistics for those posts, using only each platform's official API. It is run for the operator's own accounts and is not offered as a public service.

2. Platform terms

Connecting an account means you also agree to that platform's terms:

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you publish through the app. You are responsible for having the rights to it and for making sure it follows the rules of each platform. The app sends your content to the platforms only to publish it as you instruct.

4. Acceptable use

The app may not be used to publish unlawful content, to spam, to post on accounts you do not own or manage, or to get around any platform's limits or rules.

5. Availability

The app is provided as is. Platform APIs change and go down, so a post may be delayed or fail. Failed posts are reported rather than silently dropped, but no particular result or uptime is guaranteed.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost audience caused by using the app or by platform outages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Ending use

You can disconnect an account at any time by revoking access in that platform's settings. See the Privacy Policy for how data is deleted afterwards.

8. Changes and law

These terms may be updated, and the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Swedish law applies.
